We, Campiri s.r.o., Company Registration No.: 09283447, registered office at Rozkošného 762/5, Smíchov, 150 00 Praha 5 (hereinafter "Campiri"), as a controller of your personal data, are responsible for the processing of your personal data.

Car rental companies that rent vehicles to you are separate data controllers and we are not responsible for the way they handle your personal data. This applies also in the case that we arrange e.g. insurance or other financial services for you.

In this document, you will learn what particular categories of your personal data we are processing, for what purposes, to what extent, on what legal grounds, and for how long we will keep your personal data. You will also learn whom we may disclose your personal data to, what your rights are with respect to the processing of your personal data and how you can exercise them.

2. 2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA CAN WE PROCESS ABOUT YOU?

We can process various categories of personal data about you for various purposes.

In particular, the categories are:

1. address details (e.g. permanent address, mailing addres, billing address);
2. contact details (e.g. e-mail address, telephone number);
3. identification data (e.g. name, surname, Company Registration Number, date of birth, information about the driving licence, driver´s licence number, sex);

5. information about the contract and its performance (e.g. date of execution of the contract, identification of a car rental company, vehicle, rental period, complementary services, booking deposit amount, cancellation of a booking);
6. information about the satisfaction with services (e.g. rating of services);
7. information about a vehicle (e.g. type of the vehicle, required rental period);
8. content of the communication (e.g. content of a question, e-mail communication);
9. login data (e.g. user name, password);
10. information about the rate and manner of using services (e.g. history of orders);
11. information about your behaviour on the web (by means of cookies or other trackers);
12. information required for payments and entering them into books (e.g. account number, bank code, IBAN, SWIFT, payment card number).

Your personal data can be processed to various extent and for various purposes, which are listed below. The main purpose of processing your data is to send you suitable offers and simplify the requesting and booking process by ensuring you do not have to enter your data repeatedly.

In order to enter your request for a recreational vehicle or campervan via the Application, you must register on the Web in order to create a user account in the Application. In that case, we process personal data to the extent, for the purpose, for the time and on the legal grounds specified below:

If you want to send a request for our services offered on the Web, you have to register in order to create a user account in the Application. For that purpose, you give us data on a voluntary basis. Upon registration, a contract for the use of the Application is made between you and Campiri. Therefore, data processing is a contractual requirement and you cannot make the request for our services without providing those data.

If you gave your consent, we can send you also offers of our products and services or third-party products and services (e.g. insurance companies), including tailored offers. You may withdraw your consent at any time, e.g. by unsubscribing from commercial messages by e-mail.

We want to improve our services continuously. Therefore, we need your personal data to create analyses and statistics about the use of the Application and to find out your satisfaction in the form of questionnaires. You may object to such processing too.

6. C.REQUEST AND ARRANGEMENT OF THE VEHICLE RENTAL

On our Web, you can choose a recreational vehicle or campervan and send us a request according to your needs. If the vehicle is available, we will enter into a contract (online via the Application) and we will arrange the rental of the vehicle for you. In that case, we process your personal data to the extent, for the purpose, for the time and on the legal grounds specified below:

If you send us a request, we will process your personal data provided at the registration in the Application in order to check the availability of the vehicle and/or insurance or other supplementary services, to arrange the rental of the vehicle, insurance or other supplementary services, and to enter into a brokerage contract with you. For those purposes, you provide the data on a voluntary basis. However, their processing is a contractual requirement and we cannot provide the brokerage service without them. We have to meet statutory duties as well.

In case of any dispute, we are entitled to protect our legal interests and defend ourselves. You are entitled to object to such processing. However, we will stop processing only if your objection is legitimate.

In addition, we process your personal data in order to be able to offer you our products and services tailored to your needs. If you do not wish to receive these commercial messages, you may object to such processing and/or unsubscribe from such commercial messages by e-mail.

If you gave your consent, we can also offer you third-party products and services (e.g. insurance companies). You may withdraw the consent at any time, e.g. by unsubscribing from commercial messages by e-mail.

We want to improve our services continuously. Therefore, we enable you to inform us that you want us to use the personal data provided for entering into the brokerage agreement (such as your driving licence data) also for other contracts made with you. We need your personal data to create analyses and statistics on using our services and finding out your satisfaction in the form of questionnaires. You may object to such processing too.

Pokud nám zadáte poptávku přes kontaktní formulář na Webu, můžeme vaše osobní údaje zpracovávat i proto, abychom vás mohli oslovit s nabídkami našich produktů a služeb (týkající se pronájmu či zprostředkování pronájmu campervanů, obytných vozů a přívěsů – a související služby Sdílení bez starostí, poradenství týkajícího se nákupu vozidla, nabídky dílů a doplňků obytných vozidel, servisu a tipů na roadtripy a dále prodej reklamních produktů Campiri a dárkových voucherů na pronájem karavanu) na míru vašim potřebám. (dále jen „Skupina Nomiverse“) související s pronájmem, prodejem a servisem karavanů a obytných vozů, případně ubytování v kempech a obdobných zařízeních.
10. G.ÚČAST V SOUTĚŽI VYHLÁŠENÉ CAMPIRI

K odběru obchodních sdělení se lze přihlásit rovněž v souvislosti s účastí v soutěžích vyhlašovaných Campiri na mezinárodních výstavách a veletrzích udělením souhlasu se zasíláním obchodního sdělení a zpracováním osobních údajů pro marketingové účely. Na základě Vašeho souhlasu zpracováváme pro účely účasti v soutěži vaše kontaktní údaje. V tomto případě zpracováváme vaše osobní údaje v rozsahu, za účelem, po dobu a z oprávnění (právního titulu) uvedených zde:

11. H.NÁKUP NA E-SHOPU

V souvislosti s nákupem zboží prostřednictvím E-shopu, Campiri jako provozovatel E-shopu zpracovává vaše osobní údaje zejména pro účely uzavření a plnění kupní smlouvy. Informace, které o sobě dáváte při vyplňování objednávkového formuláře a při uzavření smlouvy, a které sbíráme při plnění smlouvy, potřebujeme proto, abychom mohli smlouvu řádně splnit. Informace poskytujete dobrovolně, nicméně bez jejich získání kupní smlouvu nelze uzavřít.

V tomto případě zpracováváme tyto osobní údaje kupujícího: jméno a příjmení, fakturační/dodací adresa liší-li se, adresa elektronické pošty, telefonní číslo, údaje nezbytné pro realizaci platby a zaúčtování plateb – číslo účtu, kód banky, IBAN, SWIFT, číslo platební karty. Campiri jako prodávající zpracovává tyto osobní údaje pro účely realizace práv a povinností z kupní smlouvy, k doručení zboží přes vybraného dopravce, k plnění zákonných povinností, zejména v oblasti ochrany spotřebitelů, účetnictví a daní a k obhajobě právních zájmů prodávajícího.

V případě sporu, má prodávající právo vymáhat a obhajovat své právní zájmy. Proti tomuto zpracování máte právo vznést námitku. Pokud bude námitka oprávněná, se zpracováním osobních údajů přestaneme.

Dále tyto vaše údaje potřebujeme, abychom mohli plnit právní povinnosti dané zákony, právními předpisy EU, případně podzákonnými právními předpisy.

14. 5. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS AND HOW THEY CAN BE EXERCISED?

Here you will find out your rights with respect to the processing of your personal data. You may exercise the rights with respect to Campiri in any way you prefer. However, in all cases, there must be a way to check that the request is filed by you.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THE CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

If your personal data are processed on the basis of your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, simply e.g. by sending e-mail to jedeme@campiri.cz.

You can withdraw your consent to the sending of commercial messages simply by unsubscribing from commercial messages by e-mail.

RIGHT OF ACCESS

You have the right of access to personal data processed about you. At the same time, you have the right to be informed what personal data have been processed about you, for how long, what the purposes of such processing are, whom they are disclosed to and whether they are used for automated decision-making (and/or how this automated decision-making works).

The copy of your personal data will be provided to you free of charge. Only in case that you request multiple copies, we may ask you to pay the inevitable costs of their disclosure.

RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION

If you find out that incomplete or incorrect personal data about you have been processed, you have the right to have them rectified or, if the purpose of the processing of such personal data requires so, you have the right to have them completed.

RIGHT TO ERASURE

You have the right to erasure of your personal data processed about you. In order to be entitled to request such erasure, you must have one of the following reasons:

1. your personal data are not required for the purpose, for which they were collected or processed;
2. your personal data are processed unlawfully;
3. you have withdrawn your consent on the basis of which your personal data had been processed, and there is no other legal title for further processing of such data;
4. you object to the processing of your personal data, which are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest of Campiri, and Campiri is unable to prove that its legitimate interest prevails over your right to erasure;
5. there is a statutory reason that requires these personal data be erased;
6. personal data of a child are processed without a parent´s consent to such processing.

It may happen that your personal data cannot be erased on the basis of your withdrawal of the consent to the processing of personal data or on the basis of your request for erasure of personal data. In particular, it is the case when the processing of your personal data is required by law. When such a situation occurs, you will be informed about the reason, why your personal data cannot be erased.

RIGHT TO PORTABILITY

You also have the right to portability. If you have provided your personal data to Campiri on the basis of consent or prerequisite for the execution and performance of the contract, and they have been processed by automated means, you may ask for providing those personal data that meet these conditions. They will be provided in a standard, structured and machine-readable format. If it is technically feasible, the data will be forwarded to another controller selected by you upon your request.

RIGHT TO RESTRICTION OF PROCESSING

If you think your personal data are incorrect, you have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data for the time required for the verification of their accuracy and rectification, if appropriate.

You may also exercise this right in the following cases:

1. processing of your personal data is unlawful, but you do not wish your personal data be erased;
2. your personal data are not required for the purpose for which they have been collected, but you insist on their processing (especially on keeping them) for determination, execution or defence of your legal claims;
3. you have objected to the processing of your personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, the restriction of processing in this case being valid for the time required for determination of whether the legitimate interest of Campiri prevails over your right to request that your personal data not be further processed.
RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA ON THE BASIS OF A LEGITIMATE INTEREST

If your personal data are processed on the basis of a legitimate interest, you are entitled to object to such processing. On the basis of such an objection, it will be assessed whether Campiri really has a legitimate interest in processing your personal data for that purpose or whether your right to request that your personal data not be further processed prevails. If your objection is legitimate, the controller will stop processing your personal data for that purpose.

RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR THE PURPOSES OF DIRECT MARKETING

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of direct marketing (e.g. for the purpose of sending commercial messages). In that case, we will stop processing your personal data for that purpose.

You can unsubscribe from commercial messages simply by clicking on a link directly in a commercial message.

RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT

If you think the rights listed above are insufficient, or if you believe your rights have been breached in any manner, you may lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority. In the Czech Republic, it is the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.
